Meeting Room Reservation Form

 

The Village of Flat Rock encourages citizens of Flat Rock to make use of the two meeting rooms in the Village Hall. At present, there is no charge for use of the rooms. Parties using the rooms must set them up for their specific need and must return the rooms to the configuration and condition in which the found the facilities. Volunteer Application Form

 

The Village of Flat Rock makes extensive use of volunteers in running the Village and making it a better place to live. If you would like to volunteer for service in the Village, please complete an application form and take it or mail it to the Village. Expense Report Form

 

The Village reimburses employees and volunteers for expenses incurred working on behalf of the Village. An expense reimbursement or expense report form should be completed and submitted to the Village Clerk. Click here to download a copy of the expense report form.
