Woodfield Inn Auction Results

The Woodfield Inn and the residence adjacent to the Inn were auctioned on the steps of the Henderson County Court House on April 29, 2008. On both properties, the note holder, SPCP Ltd of Greenwich, CT,  was the successful bidder. On May 9, 2008 upset bids were received on both the Inn and the adjacent residence. The second set of upset bids had the original winner take the property. It is being offered for sale by a specialty real estate firm.
